Shipping Policy

Local Pickup

  • In-store pickup is available during regular store hours at the store at 2509 Main Street, London Mon-Sat 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
  • During lockdown periods pickup will be available during the hours will be from 3:30 – 4:30 pm at the store at 2509 Main Street, London.
  • Other times may be available by appointment only. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup,
  • If you prefer to meet us curbside for pickup, please call or email the shop to make arrangements.

London

  • Free delivery (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday on orders over $105.00 (before taxes and delivery charge) within London city limits). Orders placed by 2 pm on delivery days will be delivered the same day. Deliveries occur between 3 pm & 7 pm.
  • $10.00 flat rate applies to orders under $105.00.
  • All orders within the delivery zone will be delivered in the late afternoon / early evening.
  • We will work with you to arrange contactless delivery.
  • Large items will only be delivered within London city limits. We Deliver to one address per order.

Outside London

  • Orders placed by customers outside the London City limits for the Middlesex and Central Elgin area will be a flat fee of $20.00. Deliveries occur between 3 pm & 7 pm.
  • Deliveries outside of London will be on Tuesday and Friday.

Ontario and the rest of Canada

  • Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) using Canada Post. Canada Post’s delivery standard is 2 – 7 days, but they report delays are occurring. A flat rate shipping fee of $25.00 on all orders.

Refund policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a store credit or refund, provided the refund requirements listed below are met. If the period of 7 days has elapsed, we cannot, unfortunately, offer you a store credit refund.

All sales are final on Furniture, Custom Furniture Painting, Hand Crafted Items and Art.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund or store credit:

  • The product is defective.
  • The product must be unopened.
  • The product must be in original packaging.
  • The product must be unused.
  • The product must not be damaged.

In order, to ensure the above criteria have been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a store credit or refund.

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

Shipping items

To return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.

Visit our retail location to return your items purchased through our online store. Our staff member will process your return or exchange it for you. or you can ship back it in original packaging or if damaged must be similar to what you received. The cost of shipping back is the responsibility of the customer.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
